Courses, subscriptions and attendance in one place.

Arteeo Kurse manages courses, timetables, attendance and subscriptions. It is made for schools with regular classes, such as dance schools, studios or martial-arts schools. The dance school Vive Bailando already uses it in a pilot. I am also building Arteeo Jobs for job ads and applications, and I look after domains and hosting for my customers.

How your school gets started

  1. Waitlist: you write to me through the contact form, and I put your school on the list.
  2. Conversation: we talk about how your school works today.
  3. Setup: I set up Arteeo Kurse for your school as soon as each school has its own separate area.

03Arteeo Jobs (working title)

Publish jobs, handle applications.

Pilot

In pilot use at Hodel Prima AG. I will take on more companies as soon as each has its own separate area. Get in touch if you're interested. A version under your own name (white label) is planned.

Create job ads
A four-step wizard: contact person, job details, ad description and publication. Save as a draft, publish and edit later.
Apply without an account
Three steps: contact details, documents such as a CV, reference letters and other files, then consent.
Handle applications
Search each job's applications, filter by status and download documents. Five statuses with a status history; in the German interface they read Neu, Interessiert, Interview, Eingestellt and Abgelehnt.
Contact persons
Contact persons for each job, shown on the job ad if you want.

  1. You request the domain.
  2. You receive a confirmation with a QR invoice.
  3. Once your payment arrives, I register the domain for you.

Frequently asked questions.

Is Arteeo a one-person company?

Yes. I build and run the products myself. For web projects I work with Actra AG, for Microsoft 365 and IT strategy with DEC365 GmbH, and for on-site IT support with B&W ICT Solutions. You still have just one contact: me.

What happens if you're not available?

I work closely with Actra AG, Lars Deuber of DEC365 GmbH and B&W ICT Solutions. They have access to Arteeo's systems, can help with questions and actively do so. When a lot of requests come in at once, other people with access to the info@arteeo.ch mailbox help out too. That's also where messages from the contact form arrive.

What does a .ch domain cost?

A .ch domain costs CHF 16.16 per year, incl. VAT.

What does Managed Hosting cost?

The hosting base costs CHF 23.67 per month, billed yearly (CHF 284.09 per year), incl. VAT and with no setup fee. If you need one, add a classic website for an extra CHF 37.73 per month. For an online shop, an existing website or something special, I'll send you a quote.

What do Arteeo Kurse and Arteeo Jobs cost?

Both come with a licence fee that I bill monthly. It depends on how much you use them and how many features you use. I'll go through the exact price with you.

How do I pay?

By QR invoice and bank transfer. Once your payment has arrived and I have checked it, I activate the service – usually within one to three banking days.

Can my school use Arteeo Kurse yet?

Arteeo Kurse is in pilot use at the dance school Vive Bailando. If you run a school, I'm happy to put you on the waitlist, and I'll get in touch as soon as Arteeo Kurse is ready for more schools.

Can I offer Jobs or Kurse under my own name?

Not yet. A version under your own name (white label) is planned but not available yet. If you're interested, get in touch and I'll include you in the planning.

Is Arteeo available in English?

This page is available in German and English. Most other pages, the products and the customer portal are currently in German; English is planned.
